As of March 12, for eight nights in a row, the city of Cleveland has been invaded by weird, glowing lights at night. These lights have been seen primarily over Lake Erie, and have caused quite a stir among residents.

Ohio has always been a hotbed of UFO reports, and it seems that these weird events are often carried by newspaper and television. Also, Ohio has been blessed with some of the best investigators, especially several I know of from MUFON.

The latest wave of sightings has been captured numerous times on photographs and video. You can check it out, and see some video of the objects on MSNBC: The Cleveland UFOs. Be sure to comment as you wish.

Several of our readers have sent me a link to a really fascinating compilation video on Youtube, made by DanielofDoria. The video contains some of the very best films of 2009 as far as UFOs and other weird sky events are related.

I read an article recently that states that the search for extraterrestrial life may not be such a excellent thought. Dr. Marek Kukula, an astronomer at the Royal Observatory in Greenwich, want to make contact with a “wiser, more peaceful civilization.”

But, he is worried that we might make contact with a race of beings not so peaceful and benevolent. He warns that if we do make contact with an evil, aggresive race, we are not prepared to deal with it. Our nations need to address this situation before it happens.
